Thank you for purchasing from Beautifully Unfinished. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

All Sales Are Final — Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once you have received access to or downloaded your digital product, we are unable to issue a refund. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.
• The digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase (please check your spam folder first).

To request an exception, please contact us at lee.j.wilkinson@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue.

EU Customers — Cooling-Off Period Waiver

By purchasing and downloading a digital product, EU customers agree to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive, as the digital content has been made available immediately upon purchase with their prior express consent.
